Exit the ticket gates and head left to the North Exit. (There is only one ticket gate.)

Diagonally to the right is the R&B Hotel Otsuka Eki Kitaguchi. Cross the crosswalk.

Go up the stairs next to Pronto to arrive at the front desk on 2F. The elevator is on the rear side of the building.
